Ben Zapata

Founder & CEO

Ben is an entrepreneur, a problem solver, a lifelong learner, a husband, and a father. He learned the pillars of service—upon which he has built Omega Concierge—from an upbringing that emphasized hard work and service to others.


Ben is proud to lead Omega Concierge and has big plans for its continued growth. He is a teacher at his core, and he enjoys giving back by serving his community and helping young entrepreneurs.

Nabila Berrera

Director of Services

With a background in social work, Nabila makes sure that Omega Concierge takes care, compassion, and service to the next level. She joined the Omega team in 2013 and has helped build a company culture that keeps employees engaged and striving for growth.

When she’s not at work, Nabila likes to stay active by running and playing volleyball, reading to her energetic son, and volunteering with the youth in her church.

Amber Barone

Operations Manager

Amber is the logistical mastermind of Omega Concierge, ensuring that daily operations always run smoothly. She manages all office functions including client relations, payroll, and company policies. Amber also onboards new employees and sets the stage for their Omega experience.

Amber has many years of office management experience, and she been with Omega since 2015. Amber is a goal setter who challenges herself through half marathons and triathlons. She also enjoys craft projects, and she holds a Pastoral position in her church.

Alberto Nunez

Valet Manager

Alberto oversees all valet operations at Omega, ensuring that every customer is greeted with a smile and that every car is treated with care. He provides guidance and training to the valet staff, and he teaches each team member about Omega’s culture and core values.

Alberto joined Omega in 2015 from the restaurant industry, so he’s well-versed on Louisiana hospitality and Louisiana cooking. Outside of work, he mentors young people through Desire Youth, and he enjoys cheering on the New Orleans Saints.
