Hospital Concierge Services

Your employees will be more productive and your customers will have a better experience by bringing in Omega Concierge to provide our custom Hospital Concierge Service.

How it works
  • We set up either a Office, Desk or Kiosk inside the Hospital with a direct phone line and email address for contact.

  • All employees and guests have access to our Concierge Services.

  • Most services are provided free with the employee or guest covering the costs associated with the service provided (e.g. We take their car to get an oil change or brake tag for free, but they pay the cost of the oil change or the fee for the brake tag.)

  • Employee productivity goes up because we are taking care of their personal needs while they are at work.

  • Customer experience increases because we are taking care of their personal needs while they are in the hospital.

  • Daily services are available on a first come first served basis.

  • Each request is given a time frame to begin and complete and a report is made to the client upon completion of assignment.

Most Recommended Services

  • Entertainment Services – Ipad Rentals – this has been one of our most successful programs! We have iPads available that can be rented by patients who are staying in the hospital. We offer them full internet, the ability to use facebook and email. We also include Netflix at no additional cost to them. People are able to play or work while they are in the hospital. The benefit of this to the hospital is the ability to offer something that is unique. The nurses and staff love it because if a patient is occupied and entertained then they aren’t sitting there bored calling for the nurse all night long.

  • Errand Running – Personal and/or business errands such as courier service, vehicle maintenance, shopping, ordering and picking up meals and home sitting.

  • Convenience Services – Getting meals, paying bills, mailing packages, dry cleaning, laundry, floral arrangements or reservations etc…

  • Information Research – Identifying vendors, locating service providers or finding the cheapest equipment, rentals or retail providers.

  • Home-Based Help – Fetching mail, taking out trash, meeting a repairman or the cable guy.

  • Travel Planning – Arranging flights, rental cars, hotels and other forms of ground transportation.

  • Transactional Services – Personal or Business shopping whether its retail, restaurants, catering or event planing.

  • Guest/Client Relations – We provide research and entertainment information about the area for them and recommend book tours, restaurants and anything else they may want to do in the city.

  • “We’ve got you covered” services – We have plenty of extra phone charges for guest or employees who might have left them at home or forgot to charge their device.

  • And many other additional services

A Typical Week

  • Take a client’s car to get a noise checked out

  • Prep a yard for a party this weekend (this includes garden work, pressure washing, grass, paint touch up, hanging a new tv, changing outside light bulbs. We have contracted out people and are managing everything to get done)

  • Have a garage refrigerator cleaned and stocked

  • Go to the post office & ups store

  • Pick up a purse we had repaired

  • Pick up dry cleaning

  • Order tickets for Disney on ice

  • Pick up 2 cakes from whole foods and bring them to certain areas of the hospital

  • Get keys made for a golf cart

  • Get ribbon for a ribbon cutting ceremony coming up.

What will it cost?

You will pay a fixed monthly fee which covers all of our services and arrangements. Each employee or guest has access to our services on a first come first serve basis. Corporate Concierge Services

Offering Concierge Services to your tenants, employees and clients is a great way to increase productivity and performance, enhance customer experience, add value and boost employee morale. Omega Concierge is prepared to provide these services in your building or corporate office starting immediately.

  • All employees and guests have access to our Concierge Services.

  • Most services are provided free with the employee or tenant covering the costs associated with the service provided (e.g. We take their car to get an oil change or brake tag as a part of our contract, but they pay the cost of the oil change or the fee for the brake tag.)

  • Employee productivity goes up because we are taking care of their personal needs while they are at work.

  • Employee and Tenant morale and experience goes up because you are providing an added benefit for them.

  • Daily services are available on a first come first served basis.

  • Each request is given a time frame to begin and complete and a report is made to the client upon completion of assignment.

  • Errand Running – Personal and/or business errands such as courier service, vehicle maintenance, shopping and home sitting.

  • Convenience Services – Dry cleaning, shipping/mailing, postage and gift-wrapping. We handle a lot of dry cleaning and alteration requests which are completed for people while they are working.

  • Information Research - Details and referrals for products, service providers, financial services and volunteer opportunities. Typical requests are for vacations, special events, pricing research, or how do I go about doing xyz? where can I find xyz?

  • Home-Based Help - Service appointments, lawn/plant maintenance, mail retrieval and pet care arrangements. Waiting at a customer’s home to meet the cable/telephone technician. We can set these appointments and then follow thru to make sure they were accomplished then give payment.

  • Corporate Support – Fund-raising campaigns, service excellence initiatives and recognition programs. We have worked with Habitat for Humanity to raise money for different projects and are involved in as many fundraising opportunities that we can help with. Many times we will donate certificates for services: car washes, oil changes, etc. or help setup an event in exchange for recognition as a sponsor.

  • Child/Elder Care - Program/service identification and research. We can gather info for the parent on different programs and services. Find out cost, requirements and if needed find babysitters or nannies.

  • Event Planning – Business meetings, recognition dinners, company picnics and parties. Picking up everything from decorations to food for the company picnic. We often pick up supplies or arrange a birthday party at a staff meeting for an employee. We also have an inventory of decorations for events and have a good selection of things on hand we can use.

  • Travel Planning – Airfare, hotel and rental car arrangements, currency exchange and passport assistance. We partner with several hotels, rental agencies & transportation services for discounted rates for our clients. This is for both travel outside of your home office area or for guests and clients who are coming to your home office.

  • Transactional Services – Reservations, tickets and gifts. Supplying greeting cards and stamps on-site. We get discounts on most events and museums in the area. For example right now we have discounted zoo, aquarium, insectarium, imax, ww2 museum, jazz fest and amc theatre tickets.

  • Guest/Client Relations -Travel arrangements, accommodations, tours and floral/gift delivery. We book a lot of hotel rooms for people who need to come in town to be with a family member in the hospital. We also arrange tours and fun things to do in the city for them while they are here.

  • We also offer many other additional services based upon need or request.
