PATIENT CONCIERGE
While patients are at your facility, our staff pays them a daily visit to enhance the care they receive. We can handle everyday tasks, which allow your staff to focus on the medical care, and we can show our true New Orleans hospitality and make sure your patients have the best possible experience.
On a typical day, our concierges:
- Adjust the thermostat
- Fetch an additional pillow
- Pick up prescriptions
- Coordinate pet care
- Book travel for family members coming to visit
We’ve also been known to:
- Set up video conferencing for a soldier stationed in Iraq to meet his newborn baby
- Decorate for and throw a birthday party for a young patient who was in the hospital on his birthday

Our guest services staff welcome your guests with a smile. They are hospitable, friendly, respectful of privacy, and they help with way-finding and other needs. We also offer access control for Labor and Delivery, putting an emphasis on patient privacy and safety.
Courier Services
For our hospital clients, our Courier Service transport items promptly from your location to the required destination. We deliver packages, letters, files, and items with swift care and reliability.
